028/365. January 28 2011. We didn’t have any ice cream so my mom made me get some from the local gas station.  Usually the ice cream we get is in a tub, but this was in a box haha.

027/365. January 27 2011. My dad came back from Vietnam/Taiwan and brought my sister and me Hard Rock Cafe shirts.  This is the one I wanted.  But my sister always gets the one she wants so I got one that wasn’t as cool :/

026/365. January 26 2011. Took my Physics and AP Calculus midterms today.  My calculator stopped working during my AP Calculus midterm :/ luckily it started working again halfway through my Physics midterm.

025/365. January 25 2011. Took my English and AP World midterms.  I feel like I did really well on my English one but I feel like I failed my AP World one. (edit from the future~ I got a 99 on my English one and, surprisingly, a 94 on my AP World one)

024/365. January 24 2011. I really wanted this one part of the set (part of the Empire State Building), but another kid claimed it.  He wasn’t able to take it home yesterday and I was told that if I could, I could keep it.  I tried to fit it in my car, but no dice.  So today I brought my dad’s van to school and as soon as the day ended, I ran to the scene shop and grabbed it.  I must have looked ridiculous carrying it out to my car (it’s 8’ by 4’).  I had to put down every seat except for the driver’s seat, but I got it in :)  It’s gonna look wicked in my basement.  (Also, that kid wasn’t at crew today so I would have got to keep it anyway.)

023/365. January 23 2011. Ahhhh last day of show! :(  It was a great run :)  The two assistant stage managers, Yanna and myself, bought baby bottle pops for all the crew kids as the gift, because they tie in with theme of babies. :)

022/365. January 22 2011. Ahhhh, first day of show! The first one was okay, except that the intelligent lights weren’t working (lights that move around and change color and look awesome).  But we made them work for the second show of the day, which was the one my mom and sister saw :) We had the red curtain come up in a guillotine style.
